We checked with our phone provider, and this call came into the phone network with an incomplete caller ID. Instead of sending a full phone number, the upstream caller/carrier only sent +1, so that is what appeared in your call log. This was not caused by our system changing the number, and unfortunately there is no full caller number for us to recover from that call record.
This can happen with spoofed calls, spam calls, or a misconfigured phone carrier. If it happens repeatedly, please send us the date/time, the number that was called, and any screenshots, and we can have Bandwidth review additional examples.
