Where are my messages going when people ask for more information on my website? Also, when a customer signs a contract and sends it back, where is it going??

When the contract is signed, you will receive an email alert to advise it has been signed. The signed contract can be viewed by opening the lead and going to the documents section. There will be a link to view the signed contract.

It was a 2 part question. Our customer sent the signed contract back but it never showed up. And ive done a test message on the "contact subsection of the website and it dont show up anywhere

The contact us should create a lead with limited info and usually have the question listed in the event notes. Signed contracts you will receive an email alert to advise it has been signed.
