Product Description Not Saving / HTML Converting Issue Across All Locations

Hi Support Team,

We are currently facing an issue with product descriptions across all locations.

Issue Details:

• When we update the product description with custom HTML (tab structure), the changes do not persist correctly after saving.
• After saving and refreshing the page, the HTML is automatically converted into plain text format.

Expected Behavior:

The product description should retain the HTML structure, such as:

<div> <button onclick="openTab(event, 'pricing')">Pricing</button> <button onclick="openTab(event, 'safety')">Safety & Use</button> <button onclick="openTab(event, 'specs')">Product Specs</button> </div>

Current Behavior:

After saving, it gets converted to:

<div> Pricing <br> Safety & Use <br> Product Specs </div>

Additional Notes:

• This functionality was working correctly before but has recently stopped working.
• The issue is affecting all products and locations.
• We have also attached a video demonstrating the problem.

Could you please investigate and let us know:

1. Why the HTML is being stripped or modified?
2. If there has been any recent update causing this?
3. How we can fix or work around this issue?
