On leads and on customers' profile, clicking the phone button next to their name has stopped connecting to the io phone field. It isn't bringing up the io phone, and when I bring up the io phone and then click the button next to the number - it used to at least populate the phone number field - but it's not doing that either.


Wondering if someone can take a look at that, idk if it's a bug or if somehow it became disconnected with the last update? Looking for any solution, because it's causing my staff to text/call the last number that was in the phone field - since they click the button next to the lead's phone number and it's not populating the phone. Thank you.

I have tested this and it appears to be working as it should. It's pulling the number into the phone bar and replaces it when I go to a new lead and click the phone icon by the phone number for customer. However it keeps the last number in that field until you clear it from the bar.
