Contact Form Captcha Broken

My contact form is not working and displays the following error message when submitted. Please advise

Site key etc are present

I used the key info from our article, and the 'I'm not a robot' box displayed. I was able to submit this form after.

Thank you. The form is now working however this customer submitted a form without some of the required fields being entered or recorded? 61772081

That field is obviously a "required" field so how did she submit without it being filled or captured?

I've tried testing this form, and it isn't allowing me to submit without each required field. I'm not sure how that one may have done so. I updated the page back to the WordPress editor, which may help.
