I had 2 questions. I can't find my setting to stay logged in. The webmail page keeps logging me out.
Next, I am having trouble adding my IO email to my Iphone. I went to mail, add, filled everything in but it will not connect. Any tips.

I'm not able to change the logout timer. I believe it's roughly 1 hour.
