I would like to pay IO to correct my SPF/DKIM settings for our gmail account as all our emails sent to customers with yahoo, aol, Comcast...pretty much anything non-gmail get BLOCKED.

We can meet for this if that's you'd like. Keep in mind this meeting will only cover adding 1 SPF record, and 1 DKIM record for the purposes of sending through IO as mentioned in the articles below. You'll need to make sure you can access your DNS records from you host before the meeting. It looks like you purchased your domain through GoDaddy, and are pointing its DNS to a service 'websitewelcome.com'.
General email issues other than that would need to be handled through your email host.
