we can get the on app check list/ pack slip to update to the web version is there any tricks to this?

Do you mean the Load Truck/Checklist on the workers app? No, there's not a way to edit this.

yes i don't need to edit anything, its that when you check off the stuff on the app its supposed to reflect on the lead id under the packing slip tab and its not reflecting and i was just curious if the workers app is still in beta mode and that might be whats causing the issue

Take a look at this ARTICLE. When the workers update this checklist you will be able to see on the lead's packing list what "status" the item(s) are in

the problem is when I'm looking there its not live updating or updating at all. is there anything that could be causing the update process to not happen?

no, the pack slip within the lead is not updating real time to when they mark the inventory in the io workers app

it doesn't matter what lead you try it on it doesn't update at all

I did notice that your PL statuses were messed up...and you had two set as "delivered". This has been fixed. Let's see if this helps.

Sorry, yes I believe it's blurry but I show things are blurry but they say ""load delivery" on the Packing list? They are updated also on the lead in the software if you check

okay but when checking things off in the io workers app it should reflect on the packing list, correct? those are the two screenshots i sent over the packing list and the workers app show things marked but it not reflecting on the packing list
