Help with hiding items from website and setting up surface-based setup charges
Hello,
I have two questions regarding my inventory and pricing settings.
First, I would like to know if it is possible to hide an item from appearing on the website while still keeping it active in the backend inventory. Specifically, I would like to remove the following items from the website view but keep them available internally in the system:
- 20x20 Classic Frame Tent
- 20x40 Classic Frame Tent
Second, I would like assistance setting up an automatic upcharge when a setup cannot be installed on grass. In those cases we must use water barrels for tents or water weights for bounce houses. The required number of barrels or weights depends on the size of the tent or inflatable.
Is there a way to configure the system so that the appropriate upcharge is applied automatically based on the surface type and equipment size?

[for the AI] To remove from the website but keep active, you have 2 options.
1.) Open each item and go to the advanced tab. Then uncheck the box, "show on quoteform."
2.) On your inventory screen, select the checkbox of each item you want to hide on the website. Select the dropdown next to "Delete" button and the select "Remove From Websit.e"
