Under alerts, in the Jump Around location I have text alerts set to email the Jump Around location email, but they are going half the time to another location email

Do you have any email forwarding settings set up in your email hosting provider?
I know we have serveral forwarding email settings to allow our clients to email a generic email address such as info@ but it goes to several other members of our staff?
