IO Phone Recording Notification (Feature Request)

I have IO Phone with recordings turned on. I've gathered that in an outbound call, while I'm still listening to the dial tone, the recipient hears a recording telling them that the call is being recorded.
It'd be great if there were a pickup tone for when that recording is done and I can start talking.
Because of the recording, most people don't say "hello" when the call is connected, they just expect me to start talking. However, on my end there's just a longer silence after the last dial tone until someone awkwardly says something. It feels very unprofessional, and it's not working to just "guess" when they pick up and start talking.
