Changes to Automations

We have several workers and other admins with Event Hawk that have access to make changes,

Friday, Feb 6 a customer

#57462503

requested a Winter100 discount and their cost for the event was totally eliminated. They called.

I attempted to duplicate their event contract from last year and change the dates to a current request for Feb 2026. The system would not allow me to create a new quote without adding the Winter100 discount which eliminated all customer cost.

I immediately assumed that the problem was in the automation. Sure enough, the automation had been changed from $ 100 to % 100.

Is there a way to research how and when that change occurred?

Hello Tom,

I've checked our user logs and can see that Promo for Winter100 was adjusted on 2/6/26 at 5:51 PM from IP address 97.71.241.114 (likely when you updated it to be $100 off). Before that the last time it was adjusted was 1/28/26 at 5:42 PM and 6:17 PM from IP address 112.206.100.237 but that is all we can see is that is was edited but not the change that was made.

Is there any way I could have seen that information or is it only available to your back office eyes?

You wouldn't have access to this as we don't have a log in the promo/fees we have to access it in the backend.
