Changes to Automations

We have several workers and other admins with Event Hawk that have access to make changes,
Friday, Feb 6 a customer

requested a Winter100 discount and their cost for the event was totally eliminated. They called.I attempted to duplicate their event contract from last year and change the dates to a current request for Feb 2026. The system would not allow me to create a new quote without adding the Winter100 discount which eliminated all customer cost.
I immediately assumed that the problem was in the automation. Sure enough, the automation had been changed from $ 100 to % 100.
Is there a way to research how and when that change occurred?
