Is it possible to reorder inventory in each category?

Hello, I am wondering if it's possible to reorder the way in which inventory appears on the website. I am easily able to change the category order but am having a hard time figuring out how to change the order of individual inventory. Currently the inventory list in alphabetical order, but I'd like to put my most popular items first in each category. Is this possible?

Thank you so much! I seem to have figured it out for prom category and chair category but for some reason I'm not entirely sure what I did wrong. The "view all jumper" category was switch on the IO side but not the website Wordpress side. How can I fix this?

For the "View All Jumpers" I'm seeing the same on website vs what is set in the display order. Please see attached for reference.
