Sales reps default view on leads page

Is there a way for sales reps to see qualified leads as the default view on their leads page? Perhaps by having a default filter already applied?
In other works, when they log into their iO account and see the leads page as their default screen we want them to see only leads in the "qualified" status.

A default report can be added to the worker's leads/events page but currently there is not a way to automatically apply a filter on this screen for them. They would need to select the Qualified status on the left side menu from the leads/events page.
