Is there a way to change this order of phone numbers we have for our locations so that the default at the top is a particular number?

also, is it possible to have an alert on the IO screen when a text comes in, so we don't have to keep going back to refresh the text log?

Currently we don't have either function for IO phone but I have taken your request to developers.

Per developers: 1) Numbers don’t currently have a default flag associated. Currently ordered from oldest to newest.

2) This is in the works, but don’t have an ETA at the moment.
