Lead Reports no longer showing up & can't create new lead reports (in upgrade)

In the previous version we had many lead reports created. In the upgrade, none of those are showing up and I am unable to even create new reports. The help topics / instructions are of no help unfortunately. Also do not have any of the "pre-populated reports" noted here: https://rental.software/support/knowledge-base/article/lead-reports
The same problem 
I can see the reports on the admin account. Settings-->Reports. In the new IO version reports can be seen by workers if they are shared. This would need to be done from the admin account. Go to Settings-->Reports and open the report and below towards the bottom there is an option to share with workers.
