Good morning, here is some information on reviews.

Also we now have a review webpage like the review email template so you can text or sent the link to it for for any lead you want to get a review from. *reviews_ratings_url* (HTML link) and *reviews_ratings_link* (plain link).

Thank you. I don't believe this is what I am looking for. I am looking to display to customers my google reviews I already have for this feature, not ask for them.

Good morning the one article was for displaying your reviews on your website? I am attaching a pic of I think what you are looking to do. Please let us know if this is what your looking for.

Thank you for sharing. I am not looking to display inflatable office reviews on my site. That is already done. I want to know how to display my GOOGLE reviews, not collect them, but display my google reviews

Ok I am sending you a video on how to get your google reviews or any other reviews and how to display them. You need to to go General prefences to actually link your google reviews.

Thank you. This video explains how to GET reviews. I need to display reviews from Google on my site. Currently it is displaying IO reviews, but I want to display Google reviews

We would still need your info there linked to Google under General Preferences....and then we can get the info to put the info on the site

The reviews rating shortcode, when sent as text, sends my customers to the quote page...not a review page. Opened a ticket, but can't get it to work.

I have created a ticket for this to see if there is a way for you to do this, I will update as soon as I hear back!

You can use https://wpbusinessreviews.com/ until they decide to implement this. It's not free but it's better than nothing.

This has nothing to do with the question. The question is about displaying Google reviews on the website not getting them.

Displaying Reviews

When you have your website built by us this review page will automatically be built for you and will be added to your menu. Otherwise, you can go to the General Preferences settings page and scroll to the reviews section to find code that you can use to show your reviews on your website. In the code there are some parameters you can change to alter the way it selects and displays reviews.

  • number_of_reviews - this changes how many reviews will be displayed at once
  • show_average_rating - using a 1 for this will show your average star rating, while a 0 will hide it
  • show_stars - this number can be 1-5 and will only show reviews where you got that number of stars or greater
  • show_date - using a 1 for this will show the review date, while a 0 will hide it
  • show_reviewer_name - using a 1 for this will show the reviewer name, while a 0 will hide it
