It's on everyone's ring schedules that it needs to be on. I called all the lights around numbers and this one did not ring I went straight to voicemail the other ones did ring

I don't understand what you're asking. I'm expecting it to work just like all the other IO phones you call the number it rings it goes to voicemail Etc

As far as examples just go to the call log and look for the 434 lights around number from yesterday morning but that's not really going to tell you anything unless you call it and see how it behaves or look under the settings to see what we're missing.

I also found that the 434 Lights Around Lynchburg number was not added to the extension for live event and added to hopefully help avoid this going forward.
