How do we set up an automation to send a particular text message for after hour missed calls? Currently, we send a text message for any missed calls which says, "someone will call you back shortly...", however, this is NOT true if the call was outside of our working hours and we're closed.
We want the automation to be able to differentiate between after hour vs work day missed calls. The text msg sent will be governed by when the missed call was received.
Have your request in with developers but for the time being you could maybe put in the text "if it's between these hours we will contact you next business day".
