How to make header smaller?

I'm currently building my website and for whatever reason my header is ginormous. I think it's because of my logo, but I'm not 100% sure and I can't figure out how to change sizing or move it around. How can I fix the size of my header? I am also having a hard time with the search bar on the tablet and phone viewing, it's not allowing me to move it and it doesn't look right.
