[urgent] lead Statuses Started Messing up

We're having an issue with our lead statuses. To start, we have not made any changes until AFTER we started having issues.


What's supposed to happen:

We send a contract to the lead (Contract Sent). If there is a deposit required on the lead it should go to Signed Needs Retainer. If there is no required deposit should go to Confirmed. This has been working great for at least a month if not 2 months.


On the 19th with Lead #51020459. Now we can't tell what's going on. It seems almost everything is going to Signed Needs Retainer when it shouldn't be.


However, we did have Lead #51131747 who signed and it stayed in Contract Sent.
