I'd like to build or have a report that shows number of inbound calls by day of the week. Or something like that, so I can tell which days are on average the slowest. Maybe a premade report that shows percentage of inbound calls by day of week with the total being 100% would be the easiest. Or even average number of calls by day of week. Something that shows volume by day of week.
