tie down charge

Good morning, I added a $10 charge per a tie-down.
Now, my question is how to add the amount of tie-downs on each inflatable (as they differ per unit) so the system calculates the fee that will apply to a specific unit that the customer rents. There is a lead from a customer and it seems like no fee was added at all. Could you please help. Thank you
