Hello!

on the phone or computer, when you uncheck the "READ" box, the text then only displays the number, removing the clients name.

On mobile, when I open a text to a client that I responded to last, I need there to be a way to send that client a text from this SAME screen. Not making me close, scroll to find the last text the client sent to me, open and reply there, OR Find another browser with the text/call screen, use the drop down, and type clients name,

There must be a way for this to be more user friendly. Can we put a "reply" feature in the "Save&Close" drop down menu?


Are we ANY closer to mobile text message push / audible notifications?

I am having our developers take a look and will let you know once this is fixed.


We have not received any updates on text push / audible notifications as of yet.

Our developers advised the bug that was removing the customer names after marking as read should be resolved.


In regards to responding to a client when viewing an outbound text, you can click on the customer phone number underneath the message to open up the phone bar text the customer from this screen.
