Yes, you can create a filter for Confirmed leads and lead start time is the last xx hours OR lead end time is the next xx hours.
You can then create an after hours ring schedule in Settings-->IO Phone-->Ring Schedules for your drivers. In the filter section, you would add the newly created filter to be included:
