Email Sending Issues

Hi - wondering if something has changed recently - we have noticed some email issues:
1 - we are using a gmail address to send email through IO...but when it is received, it does not show our company name, or our 'official' company email address (a .com address) in their Inbox - just the gmail address - so when they hit 'reply to' it goes to the gmail address. (We've tested this with a few different email programs).
2 - we've heard from customers that our email is ending up in the spam/junk folder - we did setup SPF and DKM records over a year ago.
