Email Sending Issues

Hi - wondering if something has changed recently - we have noticed some email issues:

1 - we are using a gmail address to send email through IO...but when it is received, it does not show our company name, or our 'official' company email address (a .com address) in their Inbox - just the gmail address - so when they hit 'reply to' it goes to the gmail address. (We've tested this with a few different email programs).

2 - we've heard from customers that our email is ending up in the spam/junk folder - we did setup SPF and DKM records over a year ago.

You Acct Preferences email needs to be the same as the Email Preferences. Please fix this.

Is this something new? We've always had it setup this way since we started. But why doesn't it show our Company Name in their Inbox?

This has always been this way, this could be the reason for the issues that your having. Can you please send a screenshot of it not showing your company name?

Yes this will happen because the emails are not matching.

Not to my knowledge, this has always been this way.
