URL for survey to send to clients

Do you have an email template created that you are going to use to send the link?

I'd add an automation letting you know when you get the answers to the survey
OR (and this can be quite a setup process but simplifies things later)
You could create a bunch of optional fields for the questions and build a quote update form in pages/templates to send instead of what you have now. Then when they fill it out, the answers will populate those fields. You can then put those fields into a packing list/invoice to use later instead of having to manually enter the details from the survey.
