I am having problems with the automatic import of financial transactions into Quickbooks, the import is not being carried out automatically and the connection with Quickbooks is dropping.
It looks like your integration for QBO wasn't showing active in IO. It's fixed now. It will take a little time today for it to catch up

You should be getting an alert email for QB deactivation whenver this happening. This is currently being sent to the company email. If this happens go to Settings-->Quickbooks and be sure it's active. The deactivation can happen if there's any sort of disruption...or if QB is sending us a lot of errors.

I understand, so how can I reactivate the connection and synchronize all transactions from 06/23/2025 until today?

If this happens go to Settings-->Quickbooks and be sure it's active...click on the integration and check the active checkbox
