We’d like to streamline our booking process by adding a mandatory question to our quote/reservation form to clarify setup conditions upfront. Specifically, we want to ask customers about access to the setup area to avoid surprises. Here's a recommendation:

"Do you have flat, unobstructed access to your setup area within 50 ft (no stairs, hills, or elevators)?"Options:

This will be 2 fields. 1 is the question about obstruction with the type being select and then yes, no and unsure as options. After you save and close both you can reopen to select to add them to your checkout page. You can also select a box to make them required.
