Blocking Numbers In IO Phone

Is there a way to add a number to a blocked list on our IO Phone..
we get many texts and calls from spammers and it would be nice to add the ability to block out thoses numbers in our IO Phone dashboard

lol one question.. when you check the box and use the drop down to mark as spam.. does anything visual happen on the interface?
i have marked some as spam but there was no confirmation or anything so i wasnt sure what happened next once they are marked.

Unfortunately no you won't see any type of change happen when you do this. But once it's been marked that number should no longer ring through to the line. I have recently added a request to have some type of badge or setting where we can see that a number is marked as spam.

yes that would be great and some kind of acknowledgement when we add them that says number added to spam list etc...

This is not true, it is impossible for me to blacklist an annoying scammers, can yall please update new articles everything is very old and nothing is updated .
For example, I am unable to activate the tips option. Can someone upload a way to block and pretty much update the whole display, I cant check if an infltable is being rented next week ? I cant type the name of our inflatable because it only read names of customers, phone number and emails. I have watch many videos on youtube and everything is over 2 -4 years old. The options they recommend dont work. And i think the shortcuts should be very dumbed down, I mean why is is it not already as in default to be able to search items, ???? It is clear that the people who developed the website do not work with the system like any sales agent.
Also, printing the events is a whole ordeal. I should be able to get a notification if items have not been print because customer got contract and paid without us knowing. We had so much problems. I wish the creators created quotes so they could understand what and how they could improve.
