Our website is giving a customers a "processing" error and i shows "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute."

Trying to test this out...when during checkout process is this happening?

Im not sure I believe it was when they select get a quote. It doesn't seem to have the same issue right now.

It's slow...but it does go to your contract page. It looks like a recent change w/ your quote confirm page slows it up

they are able to reserve when i send them a contract link

When I revert back to the orginal quote confirm page it moves quickly...so it's something with the recent changes you guys made with the quote confirm

we haven't made any recent changes

I will have a developer take a look...when I look at the log changes have been made in the last few days. I am not sure what is doing it

No, completely separate. You will need to go through the Quickbooks page and follow the "manually forcing a QB Desktop Sync" instructions

I have another customer saying they are having a hard time booking. I says processing for them but noting is happening?

Her statement:

"No worries, I just don't want to miss out! Yes, I have the quote and when I clicked book now it just says processing and showing it's loading but nothing happens. I closed out and did it again but same thing"

any update? I still have customers complaining that their screens just say processing and don't do anything else

It looks like there's a fix for this...who is this still happening for? I can test it out for them.
