Auto change status

I’ve setup a new status named “signed/partial paid”. This help me quickly determined if a lead signed the contract and put a 50% deposit down. I have another status named “confirmed”. This status indicates that the lead signed the contract and fully paid. The problem is once the lead is in the “signed/partial paid” status, then they pay the remaining balance, the status is not automatically moved to “confirmed”. I’ve looked at the setup several times and I cannot figure out was the status is not being updated to “confirmed”. Please help me resolve. Thanks in advance.

Lead #11109023 was a good one, but unfortunately, I updated the status prior to contacting you, sorry. I have a few this weekend that would be like that. I can provide you the lead# after this weekend if that would help. Let me know, thanks!

Hello, I have a few examples now. Lead #11138201, only signed the contract but did not put a 50% deposit down. I have the status setup to not be included on the calendar if they only signed the contract. They event was yesterday and it was not on the calendar, which is correct, however when I looked today they were on the calendar. This is not a big deal, but if the status can be corrected to not show even when the event is over that would be great.

Lead# 10039977, put the 50% deposit down and signed the contract prior to the event. They were in the correct status as “Signed/partial paid”. However when I received the remaining balance at the event, the status was not automatically changed to “confirmed” (confirmed status is when they signed the contract and paid in full). It also didn’t changed to “completed” after the event.

Here are a few more examples where the status was not changed from “signed/partial paid” to “confirm” to “completed”. Lead #11195361, 11194613.

The first example: 11138201 it switched to that status and shows on calendar because you had checked "switch to this status once event completed"

The second example you had "deposit paid" along w/ the balance on the confirmed status so there was need for it to move

Third examples are most likely from the above issue...I switched so it goes to confirmed one balance paid

Hello, yes I see the problem again. Lead#11002825, the lead just paid the remaining balance and the status was not updated to “Confirmed”. It’s still in the “Signed/Partial Paid” status.

I just noticed you have separate statuses for "signed only" and "deposit only" ...adding all these extra statuses/steps is interrupting the flow of the statuses. You can have the signed/partial paid status...but may need to get rid of the other two. There is a dashboard to help you keep track of who has signed, but not paid, etc
