How can I send an email to all my past clients?

I would like to send a email to all my prior clients about new inventory. Can someone please walk me through the steps to do this? Thanks

You can create a newsletter under Settings-->Email Center-->Add Email. This will send out an email blast to all your past customers. Please take a look at this article on how to set up and send a newsletter.
If you are wanting to only send this email to customers with Complete status leads, you can create a filter under Settings-->Filters with the following field: Lead Status -> Contains ->Complete
The filter can then be added to the newsletter in the restrictions section:
