I still do not have these payments in QB. I don't have any payments from 7/20-today. We did check & some of these were marked with the duplicate error (see attached). We didn't do anything to cause this. The client makes a payment & then I wait for it to come into quickbooks. That's it.

None of these have the QB icon next to the payment in IO.

71863003 is another that didn't sync
We identified and corrected the remaining QuickBooks sync issue. Lead 69012187 and all seven additional leads you reported—71505419, 71780717, 71834125, 71863003, 71885063, 71898933, and 71980807—are now linked to their QuickBooks invoices, and the outstanding payments have exported successfully.
The QuickBooks sync completed successfully and remains enabled. We also made an adjustment to prevent unusually large invoices from holding up later records. Please refresh QuickBooks and let us know if you find any other specific payment still missing.
