Quote form verbiage

Hello, We are optimizing our website for Christmas lights. I want to change the verbiage on the quote form as we are not doing events, and just have different headers. I use to be able to change this information through code, but I can't find it anymore. I have several items I'd like to change. What's the most efficient way to do so?

Everything I ask it, it says it can't edit. Is there a human that could help me?
On the Quote form:
"Event Times" - change to "Ideal Installation Date - Subject to Availability"
"Shopping Cart" - change to "Lighting Details"
In Contact Details - change "Same as Event Address" to "Same as Installation Address"
"Event Details" - change to "Installation Address" with a light bulb icon instead of glasses; Remove "Surface" option and associated dropdown; Remove Damage Waiver checkbox (already tried in optional fields) and remove "Is this event at a park" (also tried in optional fields) and associated drop down
Furthermore, all shopping cart buttons need to change from "add to cart" to "Add to Quote". I've done it in the WP shortcoder but it keeps resetting. I'd also like all "View Product" over inventory items be changed to "View Service", again done in shortcoder on WP but not saving appropriately.
The Mega Menu has also been updated to no longer show inventory as the primary option but isn't saving despite forcing syncs.
Under both https://firehousechristmaslightsgr.com/rentals/commercial-christmas-lights-quote/ and https://firehousechristmaslightsgr.com/rentals/residential-seasonal-christmas-lights-quote/, I need "Add to Cart" changed to "Add to Quote", also changed in WP shortcoder but not transferring despite clearing cache's.

Also, All orange buttons changed the global secondary color (green - #158812)

Additionally, on each Category page, it's adding a "for Rent" at the end of the primary header. I can't get rid of that "for Rent" part either
