Mysterious employee shifts

I have employees occasionally report issues with how their shifts appear on the calendar. One specific problem is happening right now. Brian Johnson, Mitchell Johnson, Jackson Brown, and Taylor Pierson have a shift on 6/26 that should not be there.
Here is how I believe it happened: The shift that day was originally scheduled to start at 5:30am. At some point the event time changed and the shfts were changed to a later start time. Somehow the original start time remained as an additional shift.
I will leave those shifts there for as long as you need to gather info. Please let me know when I can delete them.
