At this time, we only clear the top alert. That's because the ones underneath may be different.

That is not what I am seeing. Many times one cusomer will have multiple alerts which alerts me that they are spending some time browsing, maybe 6 or more of the same name so I understand that. But when John Jones visitied 10 days ago and I deleted John, can we stop sending John Jones again the next day. It's happening to dozens of entries, once see, then deleted, then continuing to appear over and over.
