disable the "Press any digit to answer the call" when answering calls from the IO system?

it can be very annoying to have to push a key or digit every time call is answered in the que. Not only that we have an Assistant that can answer but can because they have to push a button to pick up the call.

Yes, it will go through and answer the call, but has no way to confirm or press any key to allow the caller through. Also employees have asked about turning this off, but haventt really looked into it until now. We get so many calls now that its hard to keep up and our assistant and call route and take questions if needed, instead of just a missed call and a voice mail.

We can do it for the AI assistance but don't recommend it for real people. I have the digit press disabled on the AI Agents ring schedule.
