How do I make sure people don't get sent a "prepare for your upcoming event" email when they didn't complete the reservation. I'm guessing it is because I moved them to "confirmed" and sent them the contract because they were outside of my parameters. If I do that and they don't follow through with the booking, do I simply move them back to hold or a different status? I just don't want that email going out if they never complete the booking.
