How do I make sure people don't get sent a "prepare for your upcoming event" email when they didn't complete the reservation. I'm guessing it is because I moved them to "confirmed" and sent them the contract because they were outside of my parameters. If I do that and they don't follow through with the booking, do I simply move them back to hold or a different status? I just don't want that email going out if they never complete the booking.

I am not seeing an email by that name under the email center. Can you go to Settings-->Email Center and tell me the template name?

This email is configured to send automatically three days prior to the customer’s event date for any leads marked as “Confirmed.” As long as leads are only set to “Confirmed” when appropriate, this issue should not occur.

Additionally, we can apply filters to this automated email to further control when it is sent. This allows us to define specific conditions beyond the default setting of sending to all confirmed leads three days before the event.

I just had a client receive this email today that was contracted and not confirmed (didn't sign the contract or pay deposit). Is there a way to make sure it's only for confirmed bookings?

I added a filter to this so only leads in confirmed get sent this!
