i am trying to review the email sent to this customer but it is not showing up at the top. Can you please look into it? Thank you!

I have developers looking into this further and will advise when we have an update. However I have confirmed from the log in the email template Customer-Quote it was sent to the lead in question.

thanks, glad they received it at least. Thanks for forwarding to developers - we do need to be able to refer back to these emails :)

Developer has advised a database upgrade has been run and this issue has been fixed. It was due to email size growing too big. The fix is forward-looking; emails that suffered this bug will not be possible to restore. However, this should not happen again in the future.
