Did you try opening the lead/invoice in QB and and compare line by line? Be sure there's no sort of mismatch between the two?

The lead isn't in quickbooks & the payment doesn't have the QB link. I processed several payments before & after this one, & they all synced. It was just this one.

This has been almost 2 weeks now. Can I get an update? This has still not synced to my quickbooks.

Back on the 16th the dev was fixing a mixmatch and letting it sync again to see if it worked...looks like it may have? Can you take a look and see if it did on your end?
