leads not grouped together

In the last week or so my leads stopped being grouped together by the customer's phone. Before when a call came in I could click on leads and it would show all leads with that number. Now it just shows one, and almost never the one they have booked.
The same problem
Are you clicking on the phone number from the phone log? I thought it always just tried to call the number...I know if you click on the customer name it takes you to the profile with all the leads
