Having trouble locating the setting for inbound caller ID. I get a ton of spam calls on my phone. Is there anyway I can designate that the calls from IO identified as my office and not the customer's caller ID who's calling so I know I can ignore spam calls?

The inbound caller ID is managed per ring schedule in IO Phone please see attached. You have the option for Company or Customer, company will display your IO Phone number for every call and customer will display the customers number.
