Customers unable to complete the payment and quote form issues

Hello Sir,


My previous ticket URL is not working at the moment, I have raised certain concerns regarding customers are not able to pay for monsterball.com.au, and facing issues in quote form in monsterballsydney.com.au.

Following up on my earlier requests and thank you again for updating the checkout settings. The links now seem to be pointing correctly to the live site. However, customers are still unable to complete payments, as the card payment fields are not displaying on the checkout page (screenshots shared earlier). Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Additionally, could you validate the same setup for our Sydney site as well: https://monsterballsydney.com.au/. Customers there are also unable to view the online quote, and we currently need to send quotes manually via PDF (reference link and screenshots already shared).

Lastly, please let me know if there is an option for urgent support or a direct contact method (email, call, or WhatsApp) for quicker turnaround when needed.


We are facing such issues from so long, can you please take this on priority and help us to sort this asap?

We need Only card payment and currently its not working can you please resolve the Issue

In merchants services => square is currently active

Our dev says we are still getting this error on contract page:

Failed to initialize Apple Pay: Method unsupported: Your website's domain is not registered for use with Apple Pay. See: https://developer.squareup.com/docs/web-payments/apple-pay#production-configuration

Have you tried that link w/ Square to be sure it's configured correctly?

OR do you mean that by configuring Apple Pay with domain, will sort out the card payment issue too?

Yes, this is to fix the configuration w/ Square so that the customers can pay from contract. Please Click on the link above and follow Square's instructions

Hi, We tried connecting Square again using the “Sign in to Square” button. After signing in, we were prompted to allow certain permissions, which we approved by clicking “Allow.” then it's redirected to the IO payment settings, so Square appears to be connected correctly. In IO, we also selected the Perth location, and our website URL is set there. Can you please help us with your advice on why the payment method is still not showing even after this setup?

We have also created a loom for the same, can you please check and guide us for it?

It ddoesn't look like this is an error w/ login in IO merchant services. This needs to be fixed w/ these instructions from Square: https://developer.squareup.com/docs/web-payments/apple-pay#production-configuration

we have connected apple pay as well as per last comment but still it is not showing payment methods

The devs did a refresh now and you should be good to go

No it's still not working.


Could you please check the code for our CONTRACT PAGE & HIRE for Perth and check it against DARWIN as it's working for DARWIN. Or our invoice is working so customer can pay through Square there but not on the contract agreement.

Hi Yoann,

The issue with the payment section on the contracts has been fixed. The items I covered with Marie during the support meeting were also corrected either during the meeting or next day. Could you please advise the outstanding issues so I can look further into them?

I have replied to your email with some more notes and questions. Please see below :


-The Google Pay logo disappears after a little while and becomes just a black button. Could we adjust this please? (Screenshot attached)


-We also tried to add Apple Pay through the document the support team shared but it's not working: https://developer.squareup.com/docs/web-payments/apple-pay#production-configuration

--> Any advice on what we need to do there?


-Also the text in red in the screenshot mentioning the surcharge fee is pretty big, can we make it smaller and remove the extra $ on the side?

--> If this is something we can change on the code itself could you please let us know and will do it.


-Could we change check payment to bank transfer? and have the following info underneath:

-Is it possible to ask the devs to know what they have done to fix the payment issue? So if we have an issue we could ask our developer to look into it.


-We have quite a lot of documents in the document center. Is it best practice to tidy this up and is it safe to remove the other documents or is it going to break something up?

I am thinking of those ones (screenshot attached) and only keep the Monsterball Amusements & Hire page groups.


-We had some glitches and issues lately with our quote urls in our other locations (first Sydney and then Broome) thanks to our call and replay I have been able to fix it. Just wondering why this could happen? Is this because of updates from IO?


-Finally, we are planning on having more branches and location in the next few months and want to make sure that our foundations are right. Is it possible to have a developer looking at our set up and documents and automation, settings etc.. to make sure that we will be able to reuse and tweaks those docs for new locations? (We are happy to pay extra if this is outside of support).
