Urgent Email Templates are corroupted

Solved

I accessed my email template Customer - HJB Ad Hoc Email and the first section of the email is missing or corrupted, I opened two other templates Customer - Quote 10 Station HRR and Customer - Quote Queen and they are corrupted as well. I loged out and back in and that did not correct the issue.

Are you able to send a screenshot of what you are seeing? When I open the above email templates on a lead, I am seeing the lead information being filled out by the template variables correctly.

Restarted my computer and that fixed the issue. Thank you
