Quote not updating after adding additional equipment

I sent off a quote and the client wanted to add additional equipment. I added 3 pieces and saved the quote. When I open the quote page the original quote opens up without the added pieces?

System issues? Cookies issue?

What is the lead ID # where this occurred.

I have a developer taking a look at this, I also am not seeing the new items on the quote. I will let you know as soon as I an notified.

Per developer this was a caching issue and they are now appearing.
