I am creating a 2 dashboard to follow contract signed or not and deposit paid or not
Question 1: can i move the new dashboard named ''suivi contrat'' on top ?
Question 2: can we add a filter for the sales rep. Kind of like the filter for the period

Unfortunately there is not a way to re-order the dashboard panel on the left.
You can add a filter to any dashboard report that is using a custom report (ie. not a pre-set report) by clicking the settings cog in the upper right corner of the window.

I undestand i can add a filter and i did but i would like the dashboard to be the same for all reps so ones could view all contract indepedent of the sales reps and ones can view only his contrat. I do not want to created different filter for each reps individually.

I understand. You're right that pre-set reports have a special built-in filter for sales reps that is a great feature for workers' dashboards. However, with custom reports, you would need to create a separate filter (adding the qualifier for "sales rep is ____") for each sales rep and apply it to their respective dashboards. This additional sales rep feature can't be made available for custom reports because of the difference in how each set of reports are coded.

Then is it possible to use the pre-set reports with a specific filter. The thing is that we do not want some organisation to be listed there. Because we do not what some leads in specific status to show there and do not want some organisation to show there as well.

There is not an ability to add further filters to preset reports because of the nature of the hardcoding in those reports. You can use the Sales Reps filter to include leads from any combination of reps, but that is all. It sounds like you are on the right track with the custom report/dashboards that you are working on, but if you would like those to display leads of the sales rep that is viewing the dashboard, then you would have to customize each of those filters to do so.
